Explanation (?):
The Mcafee firewall service is used by two software packages produced by Mcafee. Those two programs are Personal Firewall Plus and Internet Security. This service is used in tunneling all incoming connections through a Mcafee programs that checks if the particular data and/or ip and/or port are allowed to reach the listening application. If you do not wish to use this service then uninstall the Mcafee firewall application that you have installed rather than disabling this service as turning off this service would most likely result in effectively disabling your Internet connection.
