Explanation (?):
The HP web jetadmin service allows for the remote configuration of HP printers through a configuration server. This service opens a webport that allows administrators to connect to the server to discover and configure HP printers. This service should only be used on servers, and if it's needed it should be let to automatic. Otherwise JetAdmin for the Web should be uninstalled.
