The help and support is required for using the online Microsoft help. I would recommend leaving this on manual seeing as though the service will only consume resources when you use the online help. Even if you disable this service it has been claimed it will start if the online help is called, so best to just leave it at manual unless you want to cause yourself possible problems down the road for no reason. |
